(“Website”), booking a session, or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Amy Captures Love provides photography services, including but not limited to maternity, newborn, and family sessions, as well as related artwork and products.
2. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable session fee is required to secure your booking. Sessions are not reserved without payment.
Remaining balances, if applicable, are due as outlined in your client contract or invoice.
Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made by the client will forfeit the session fee.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least [insert timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] notice, subject to availability.
If Amy Captures Love must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, clients will be offered a reschedule or refund of the session fee.
4. Image Delivery & Usage
Edited digital images will be delivered via an online gallery within [insert timeframe, e.g., 3–4 weeks] of the session date.
Clients may purchase digital collections, prints, and artwork through our online store.
All images remain the copyright of Amy Captures Love and may not be altered, edited, or used commercially without written consent.
We reserve the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session.
Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of children during the session.
Amy Captures Love is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during sessions.
6. Website Use
You may use this Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Amy Captures Love and protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amy Captures Love shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, Website, or products.
