I'm Amy, a newborn photographer based in South Orange County with over 12 years of experience capturing the earliest, most fleeting moments of your baby's life. My style is warm, relaxed lifestyle photography and most sessions happen right in your own home, where everything already feels like yours.
Not quite ready for visitors? No problem. I've photographed in homes that weren't set up yet, nurseries that were still in boxes, and living rooms that looked nothing like Pinterest and I promise, we make it beautiful every single time. If you'd prefer a more controlled setting, my cozy Huntington Beach studio is always an option too.
I also offer Fresh 48 sessions at the hospital, capturing those very first hours when everything is brand new and your heart is completely full.
Soft wraps for baby are included, and I bring a calm, judgment-free energy to every single session because you just had a baby and you deserve to feel supported, not stressed.

Once your session day is here, I want you to relax and have fun no matter how stressful it was getting everyone in the car on time. The atmosphere I bring is chill, fun, and your family members wont even remember why we are there. Don't feel like you need apologize for your kids! I have a pair of my own and know exactly how it is. We will have a great time!

I know how difficult it can be planning outfits for the whole family. I now offer Client Wardrobe dresses for mama's at my Maternity and Newborn sessions. I also have a lot of resources to help you make your decisions and even links for direct purchase. Style and colors are EVERYTHING and I am here to help make your vision come to life.

From initial inquiry, you will immediately notice one thing about me, I always follow up. So, be prepared to hear back from me within 24-48 hours. My business hours are M,W,F from 10am to 2pm. Weekends are generally reserved for photoshoots and family time.

Give me alllll of the details! It is very important for me to know when your due date is and what kind of delivery you are expecting (scheduled or whenever baby decides to make their debut!) I will send you over all of the package details so you can make your selection on what session (or sessions) you would like.

Now that I know what session(s) you are interested in booking and when your baby is scheduled to arrive, we will set our tentative session dates. For in-home, I schedule it for the weekend following your due date. I will send over a quote containing a contract detailing our arrangement and an invoice for initial payment. Once I receive those two things, you are officially booked on my calendar and I am all yours! Yay!
Handlin' Business
Your world has changed forever! Your baby is finally here and I know how much of an adjustment it can be. I am flexible on rescheduling dates and times if need be. Just send me a text once baby is born and we can adjust our tentative date if necessary (but preferably within the first 2 weeks.) Newborn sessions typically run 1-1.5 hours because I always want to keep it a calm environment. If baby needs to eat, no worries! I am in no rush, and you shouldn't be either!

Grab the tissues and prepare to fall in love! About 2 weeks after our session, I will email you a link to your gallery. You will be able to see all of your beautiful photos and decide on which collection is right for you. Images are downloaded and purchases are made directly from the gallery. Easy! I am good to schedule a tentative date as soon as possible even if you are having a spontaneous delivery or scheduled. The ideal time to photograph newborns is between 7-10 days old. I am also available for Fresh 48 sessions in the hospital as well.
Then we pause. We feed, rock, change, cuddle. I plan extra time for newborn sessions because babies needs and comfort come first. There is no rushing here.
I have a gorgeous client closet with postpartum-friendly dresses available for browsing digitally when you book. Soft neutrals, simple textures, nothing distracting. I also have wraps for your baby and prefer to keep their outfits simple and neutral as well.
For fall and spring, I recommend booking 2–3 months in advance. Those fill quickly.
If you’re flexible with weekday evenings or summer sessions, we usually have more wiggle room.
Your artwork credit is included in every collection and can be applied toward prints, albums, framed pieces, cards, ornaments, and other heirloom products as well as additional digital downloads. It’s designed to help you turn your favorite moments into physical keepsakes you love.
